Creating the Proposal
Step 1: Select the Work Order you need to submit a proposal for
Step 2: Click on the "Proposals & Invoices" tab within the Work Order. Your site may say "Accounting".
Step 3: Click on the + to create a new Proposal.
Step 4: A Pop-up will appear asking for the Proposal Number and Transaction Date. Enter the information and click CREATE PROPOSAL.
Step 5: Add the Description of the proposal details.
Adding Line Items
Step 1: To add Line Items click on the + sign in the blue box on the righthand side of the screen.
Step 2: Fill out all required information. Click Save once done.
Repeat as many times as necessary.
Save the Proposal.
Submitting the Proposal
When the proposal is ready to submit, select the WORKFLOW button from the Proposal and select "Submit".
